Just beautiful
I walked into the bathroom this morning and Elise was sitting on the stool putting on my chapstick. She immediately turned to me and said, "Don't I look beautiful mommy?"
Work it
I was exercising one day and Elise came up and started working out with me. She did about 3 squats, stood up and said, "Alright! That's enough!" I kept going and she said, "Mommy! That enough!"
Good Me
Elise was sick and her daddy was holding her.
Eric- Elise, mommy is such a good mommy.
Elise- You're a good daddy. Ya Ya is a good ya ya. I'm a good me.

Mommy, STOP!
On the way to Mrs. Glenda's house this morning we were listening to Barney. The "I Love You" song was on and I was belting it out. Elise, started shaking her head "no" and finally said, "Mommy! STOP! STOP SINGING!" So, I had to stop. :(
Chocolate milk
Elise woke up saying these words (seriously, her eyes were still closed): "Mommy, where did you put the chocolate milk?"
Once she woke up and realized there was no chocolate milk, she just smiled really big. She doesn't even like chocolate milk. And even though it was just a dream, she still blamed "Ya ya" (Audrey) for taking it away. This kid is something else!

The new thing
Elise has a new "thing". Every time I ask her to do something she tells me "no" and then says, "I tell you 'no' mama" and laughs.
(She ends up doing what I ask but she thinks it's funny to tell me "no". We are working on this.)

Milk
I looked over and Elise was at the kitchen table with Audrey's milk. This conversation followed:
Me: Elise, are you drinking Ya Ya's milk?
E: No, I just playing in it.

Well, hello!
We were making our trip home from Jackson and I was driving while Eric was napping. He woke up, looked around, and was greeted by Elise with, "Well, hello!" in the happiest, sweetest little voice ever. So cute!
